If one were to judge by the zeitgeist of twitter, Lebron James’ popularity has plummeted to the level of mosquitoes, pneumonia, traffic? I don’t know. I don’t really watch basketball but it seems like the dude who was the heir (Air?) apparent to MJ has become a yucky anathema amongst the fans.
This rapid descent into contempt has manifested it in James’ personal life. The only Tony Award party he could get invited to was hosted by the nuclear-crazed Afghani despot: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. They likely discussed what it’s like to nauseate an entire planet.
